PrimeSite Consulting Group, Inc. (PrimeSite) was founded in September 1997 by a former PrimeCo Employee Charles A. Bernardo, Jr.

Mr. Bernardo had an extensive 15 year background in Commercial Real Estate development and site acquisition with national clients such as McDonald's Corp., Amoco, TrustCo, Southeast Bank and many more clients serving 7 countries on the West Coast of Florida. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Bernardo concentrated on Wireless facility locations holding responsibility for a 172 site launch made by PrimeCo in November 1996. The following year an expansion of an additional eighty sites were overseen by Mr. Bernardo.

Since the inception of PCGI, this firm and Mr. Bernardo have delivered an additional 500+ sites to clients on the West Coast of Florida, Central Florida, Northern Florida and Georgia.

Currently the firm offers both site acquisition and build-to-suit services and has completed numerous BTS towers on behalf of numerous carriers with eventual sale to several joint-venture partners.

Current staff includes ten fully licensed real estate agents for legal acquisitions within Florida, dual license availability for Georgia contracts and national representation for easement acquisition for one of our clients.

Administrative and executive staff at the Tampa based home office include experienced managerial, construction, project management and goal implementation expertise.

Our firm has a young agressive staff looking to optimize our abilities to serve the needs and requirements of today's progressive wireless carriers.
